Dr Julia Spivack BSc(Hons), DO, MSCC, MICO, Dip Hom, MSc(Ayur), BSc(Hons)(Hom) was a registrant of the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) which is the statutory body which regulates Osteopaths in the United Kingdom. In 2006 she was subjected to an unprovoked mental health fraud which involved being subjected to a psychiatric examination under duress of losing her license to practice.
The GOsC alleged that Julia Spivack is “mentally ill” because she had acted to save the life of a stranger in a First Aid capacity on a Good Samaritan basis on the evening of Saturday 14 January 2006.
The various UK statutory healthcare regulators such as the General Medical Council, General Chiropractic Council are using fraudulent mental health cases against good and honest practitioners. The GP practice where my NHS medical record is held, Bedfordshire Police, my MP Nadine Dorries and Her Majesty’s Courts all colluded in the fraud perpetrated against me.
Because the case made against me was so bizarre I embarked upon my own investigations to determine whether mine was an isolated case or not. I found many other cases similar to mine including a case where a patient had been wilfully harmed by the GOsC. I continued my research and have found several cases of wilful harm and intentional neglect of Duty of Care to patients. I have spent 10 years to no avail writing to MPs, Government Ministers, three Prime Ministers etc about intentional harm to patients by the very organisations appointed by Government to protect the public from “unfit practitioners”. I collated and documented my evidence and presented it for academic peer review and it was validated by the University of West London. All the evidence points to there being an agenda to eliminate practitioners who pose a threat to the pharmaceutical cartel aided and abetted by the UK Government. There are allegations that over 60 “holistic doctors” (osteopaths, chiropractors, naturopaths etc) have been murdered, “suicided” or mysteriously disappeared in the USA – and many of these have been confirmed as murders.

In 2011 I managed to persuade Bedfordshire Police to investigate the case of one of the harmed patients – when good quality evidence had been gathered by police and the case needed to progress to the stage of making arrests of perpetrators at the GOsC etc I was Sectioned against my will on 30/11/11 (a police helicopter, 4 police cars came to my home I was handcuffed not given time to arrange my affairs) and detained on Keats Ward, the Weller Wing, Bedford Hospital. I appealed to a Mental Health Tribunal at which the psychiatrists were baying for a Compulsory Treatment Order consisting of forced injections with the antipsychotic drug Risperidone. Fortunately I won my Tribunal – the Judge ruled I am not mentally ill and even commended me on my eloquence.
The police investigation into the harmed patient was quashed, the Police Officer leading the investigation Detective Sergeant 793 Terry Davis was immediately demoted and when I tried to resume contact with him in 2015 I was informed by Bedfordshire Police he is no longer with the Force and his collar number had been reassigned to another officer. I audiorecorded all my meetings with DS Terry Davis.
In 2014 I requested a copy of my NHS medical record from the GP practice where it is held – The Oliver Street Surgery, 57 Oliver Street, Ampthill, Bedfordshire MK45 2SB. I saw that in July 2011 Dr John Lockley at the practice had fabricated an entry in my NHS medical record that I told him I am hearing voices and experiencing visual hallucinations – a tag of “Paranoid Psychosis” was applied. There were other false references to suicidal ideation and false statements that my profession as an Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner and my Roman Catholic religion constitutes paranoid psychosis. I have never suffered from any hallucinations.
The use of psychiatry as a weapon against anyone who whistleblows on wilful neglect of patients or questions vaccine/drug safety is routine in the UK (in the USA they just shoot ‘em). There is the landmark case of Dr Rita pal v General Medical Council, the case of Lisa Blakemore-Brown and many others.

I have been asked by Mr John Timbrell to address you after having been involved in UK Mental Health procedures translating correspondence of the various incidents caused under section 136 of Mental Health Act to Hannelore Kellner, Austria, mother and by that nearest relative to Susanne Kellner-Johnson. It started November 2016.
I translated him letter by Hannelore Kellner to the Hospital of 8. May, 2017 (attachment) - transmitted to Peter Merchant as well - as follows:
- I, mother of Susanne Kellner-Johnsen demand that my daughter Susanne will be released for home quickest possible from compulsory treatment after unreasonable aggressive seizure by police. Traumatic stress can be healed only in a gradual manner in confident environment.
Looking forward this will take place even before scheduled hearing on May 11, 2017
Hannelore Kellner and I discussed before on phone the extraordinary 'health service by police' in continuation to traumatized individual intentionally refreshing trauma respectively Posttraumatic stress. This very British Health Care started to my knowledge in 1998! Kicked open door picture on request.
Therefore SKJ was in need of psychological help, no question, however in reasonable civilized manner!

Report of telephone call with Susanne Kellner-Johnson 10 May 2017 by Dr Julia Spivack
1. I spoke with Susanne on the telephone for almost an hour last night from 19:12 to approx 20:05
2. Susanne informed me that the Tribunal is to take place at 10:30 on 11 May 2017 at Lynfield Mount Hospital
3. When I asked Susanne if she had received copies of all the Statements from myself, John Timbrell, Franz Kurz etc she replied no she has not seen any of them and wasn’t even made aware of their existence.
4. I read out the Statement from John Timbrell to Susanne on the phone yesterday evening and impressed upon her the absolute imperative that this Statement from John Timbrell is read out to the Tribunal because it testifies to previous Abuses of the Process that lead to Susanne’s arrest, incarceration and forced drugging.
5. I impressed upon Susanne that if the Tribunal do not read out every word of the Statement from John Timbrell then this is Abuse of Process.
6. If the Tribunal claims that it has not received the Statement from John Timbrell they are lying because we have email confirmation that all Statements had been received and passed onto Susanne. If they say they have lost it the Susanne must ask for the Tribunal to be Adjourned until the Statement from John Timbrell is recovered. If the Tribunal refuses then this is Abuse of Process.
7. When I informed Susanne that I had spoken with her Solicitor Alastair Bateman yesterday morning (Wednesday 10 May) approx 11am and he told me he was going to meet with Susanne that same day and go through my Statement with her she replied she had no visit from Alastair Bateman yesterday
8. Susanne said when Police came to arrest her she was upstairs in her house working on her computer. She heard her front door being smashed in, police officers came up the stairs, pointed a taser at her (she told me she was not actually tasered) and forcibly removed her from her home – they would not allow her to collect a coat or any belongings. She was thrown in the back of a police van with no blanket and she felt very cold because she had gone into physiological shock (peripheral vasoconstriction) because of the trauma.
9. The police version of events is that Susanne was found wandering in the street. What evidence do the Police have that she Susanne was wandering in the street at the time of her arrest ?
10.There were two neighbours talking across the garden fence who witnessed Susanne being taken from her home by police – one of those neighbours Susanne knows is Mr Murphy at no 21-23 Victoria Street. Has Alastair Bateman obtained a Witness Statement from Mr Murphy ?
11. Susanne says that she has been informed that after the Tribunal on 11 May 2017 she is to be transferred to the Heather Ward at Airedale Hospital
12. Susanne says that when she is taking phone calls on the Clover Ward at Lynfield Mount Hospital she is not provided with paper and pen to write down phone numbers which us why she has not been able to phone myself or John Timbrell
13. Susanne told me that all visitors and telephone callers to all in-patients in the "care" of BDCT are now vetted – ID and background checks performed before access is permitted and that this is being done across the whole of BDCT not just psychiatry since Susanne’s case was aired on Freedom Talk Radio Autumn 2016.
14. Susanne is worried that the smashed front door of her house will be costly to repair (approx £1000) and that Susanne is expected to meet this cost which is unacceptable
15. Susanne told me she was very upset last night because she discovered her state benefits have been stopped and she needs to apply online but is not permitted access to the internet by BDCT
16. Susanne is worried and distressed about the toll her incarceration is having on her financial situation and that as a result of this she is short of money
17. I suggested to Susanne that she tries to find an opportunity to impress upon the Tribunal the toll her arrest and incarceration is taking on her financial wellbeing and causing her further distress and anxiety as it would for anybody regardless of their mental health status.

UPDATE 04 DECEMBER 2016 - Legal Notice to Chief Constables Gloucestershire, West Yorkshireand North Yorkshire Constabularies
Notice:
i am susanne kellner johnson and i am at present staying at my friends arlene johnson and john timbrell at Cider Mill Cottage, Prossers Wood, Drybrook Gloucestershire.
Through my McKenzie friend john timbrell, i made complaints of crime to the chief Constable of West Yorkshire regarding my unlawful detention and forced medication at the Airedale mental hospital without the correct documentation necessary under the statutory mental health acts. Nothing was done by the police to check the authenticity of the warrant, or order that allowed my detention, or the circumstances detailed in the statute for my forced medication. The drug with which i was being injected was Haldol which is the same drug that was used to make Soviet dissidents lose their memories in the 1960s. This was widely condemned by Western Psychiatrists as being a form of torture.
My McKenzie friend john timbrell tried to apply for a writ of habeas corpus in the Gloucester County Court which is a branch of the Queen's bench division of the High Court.
The application for such a writ is considered so important that it must be dealt with by the judge before all other business is addressed.
john timbrell was denied access to a judge and subsequently made a formal complaint of misconduct in public office by the Gloucester judge and his staff. So far the Gloucester police have not informed me that they have given the complaints a crime number.
john timbrell accompanied by john graham went to the Royal Courts of justice in the Strand 7th November 2016 to apply for a writ of habeas corpus so that the circumstances of my detention and forced medication could be examined by a court. They were not allowed to see a judge but had to make a written application which was placed before a Mr. Justice Collins. He refused the application and insisted that a dead thing , the Bradford and District NHS Foundation Trust be cited as the defendant instead of a living person, the CEO of the trust. This was essential so that the CEO who made the decision to deprive me of my freedom could be cross examined. I could not cross examine a dead thing or barrister representing the trust because his evidence would be hearsay.
Further the Judge demanded a statement from myself which at the time was impossible for me to give because I was not allowed to write or telephone or use a computer. Subsequently because of pressure from others to the trust explaining that my human rights were being unlawfully withheld I was able to make a statement and on the 17th November Judge Collins cancelled his first order and again insisted that the defendant be the trust. He further wrote that it was for the trust to take action before any further action would take place. I received the notice with the judge's comments 25th November 2016 with the instruction that I should serve it on the defendant.. Bear in mind that I am supposed to be a person incapable of looking after myself; how was I to get this served when I was not allowed to use writing materials etc? Luckily i was able to use subterfuge and sent it to john timbrell who served it on the defendant.
Since then I have been allowed to my home for the weekend with the agreement that I should return Sunday 4th December in time for my injection of Haldol on the 5th December.
This agreement was made under duress and so I cannot legally be held to it.
So I am in the position of knowing that the police, the hospital, and the courts are all working against my welfare, presumably because I hold information that would affect establishment members. i have been left with no alternative but to use the common law to protect myself . i therefore declare that i as a living woman susanne kellner johnson will not consent to be responsible for the legal fiction SUSANNE KELLNER JOHNSON, a corporation created without my knowledge or consent before i was able to read, or write, or speak. Bluntly speaking i will not allow myself, a living being, to be subject to the statutes known by you as the mental health acts. I demand that you treat me lawfully as you should do at common law.
I require you to obey the statute known as the criminal law act 1970 section 6 which forbids anyone to use force to enter occupied property without the consent of the occupier. There is the proviso, "without lawful authority" . This takes it into the realms of common law so that any legal order or warrant issuing from an administrative court would not give your constables the power to force entry into a house i may occupy at any time.
It is now 3pm 4th.December 2016 . I am due back under the previous agreement that i made with the hospital under duress at 8pm.tonight. i will telephone the hospital to let them know i will not be returning. Should they complain to the police and report me AWOL i require any constable receiving such a report to explain to the hospital the difference between a legal fiction and a living woman and how the statute laws of the various mental health acts do not apply to me unless i consent. i do not and will not consent.
if the Gloucestershire police wish to interview me to be sure that i am here of my own free will, please only send one constable to interview me.
i require the West and or North Yorkshire police to safeguard my empty property at 27, Victoria Street, Sutton-In-Craven, West Yorkshire. BD20 7HY.
i hope to return there when i can be sure that the police will not unlawfully break into my property and detain me with unlawful paperwork which my McKenzie friend was unable to obtain from the trust because their solicitor Peter Merchant illegally refuses to comply with the civil procedure rules and exchange documents on which evidence can be adduced by either party.
i am staying with my friends arlene and john who have kindly let me stay where i feel secure. i would like to return to my home and feel secure there, but my past experience shows that i am not allowed to remain at peace and be free to come and go as i wish, without myself causing harm or loss to any other man or woman. i cannot return to my home without some signed document from each of the three chief constables that they will not try to use the statute law to justify their actions and force me a living woman, susanne kellner johnson to be responsible for the legal fiction SUSANNE KELLNER JOHNSON. they would be doing so without my consent. i require each of you chief constables to do this, otherwise i will go through the process of serving affidavits on each of you to which you will have to respond which eventually will have the same effect.

UPDATE 04 DECEMBER 2016- MUM COMPLAINS AFTER BEING DRAGGED FROM BATH
A MOTHER who claims she was dragged naked from her bath and taken to hospital against her will vented her anger before managers of Airedale NHS Trust this week.
An independent review panel is to consider complaints made against the trust by Suttonwoman Susanne Kellner-Johnson.
Trust bosses have said they are taking her complaint very seriously, but Mrs Kellner-Johnson claims her questions are being ignored.
The Austrian-born woman was detained under the Mental Health Act at Steeton's Airedale Hospital between March and May of this year.

Being locked up in a mental hospital due to one’s profession is not fair. Such is the case for a new friend who is a holistic therapist and human rights activist. She is being forced to undergo 50 mg Haldol, a psychotropic drug that she does not need. The Doctor at the hospital is a Dr Natalie Johnson she is he consultant in charge.
Update 29 December 2016: The cooperation of many supporters has been successful in achieving the status that Susanne remains at home and still is during the holy period Between the Years. No forced medication anymore!
